The Blades

Glass Rebel Blades: Designed for Performance and Longevity

Glass Rebel blades are engineered to flex rather than crack when they encounter metal. Our heat-treated design ensures the blade bends instead of breaking, allowing you to reshape it with pliers or a vise and resharpen it as needed using the provided sharpener or a bench grinder. With proper maintenance, these blades last longer, saving time and reducing replacement costs.

    Exceeds my expectations

Exceeds my expectations , best cut out gun on the market by far. Price is fair and shipping was fast. Cory has really shine in the autoglass world not just with his knowledge but he’s engineering for the every day glass techs. He took the same tool that’s been around for years and revolutionized it.

We’ve been extremely satisfied with The Glass Rebel 1" Panel Blade. The quality of this product is outstanding, and the customer service has been excellent.

These are some of the best blades we’ve used—very smooth, precise, and they significantly reduce hand vibration during use. The performance is consistent and reliable, especially when working on newer vehicles, including Tesla and 2025–2026 models.

With over 23 years of experience in the auto glass industry, I can confidently recommend this product. We have ordered multiple sets and are very happy with the results.

    Highly recommended.
