Refund Policy:
All sales are final. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Glass Rebel LLC β 1-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage
Glass Rebel LLC warrants its hand and power tools to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to normal, professional use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover: consumables and wear items (including blades); cosmetic wear; misuse, abuse, accidents, impact, or neglect; improper storage; modifications; operation outside the toolβs rated specifications (voltage/frequency); or damage caused by non-Glass Rebel accessories or attachments. This warranty is non-transferable.
Distributor Purchases
If you purchased through a distributor, returns and exchanges must be handled by the original point of sale. Glass Rebel will support warranty service (repair or replacement) directly to the end user.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Warranty claims for defects that arise during the warranty period may be submitted at any time within the 1-year term. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Provide: order date and proof of purchase, place of purchase, full name, shipping address, phone, email, product SKU/part number, serial number (if applicable), and package weight. Photos or a brief video may be requested for verification.
Remedy & Shipping
Upon approval, Glass Rebel will repair or replace the product at our discretion. For verified warranty claims, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup and will cover return shipping of the repaired or replaced tool.

Limitation of Liability
Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Rebel LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Except where prohibited, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed or limited to the duration of this warranty.
