Shipping Policy

Shipping in the United States

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the United States, except orders shipping to Hawaii or U.S. territories, with no minimum. At checkout, choose the free Ground option. Free ground orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion using the most cost-effective method.

Paid Shipping Options: Checkout also offers paid UPS and USPS services, including faster services such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and USPS Priority Mail. The services available depend on your address, and each price is shown at checkout.

Handling Time: Orders ship the same or next business day. Delivery times for paid services count from the day the order ships, not the day it is placed.

Transit Time: Typical ground delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment (remote areas may take longer). These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Alaska, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes: Free ground shipping applies; delivery times may be longer. APO/FPO and PO Boxes ship via USPS.

Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, or Palau. These orders ship via paid USPS or UPS services, and the services and prices available for your address and order are shown at checkout.

International Orders

International orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS international services where available. The services and prices available for your address and order are shown at checkout. Some products can't be ordered online for every country (for example, kits and batteries to Australia). For these items or other special arrangements, contact us before ordering.

For some countries, including Canada, Australia, and Japan, import duties are included in the prices shown, and taxes are either included or added at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered by Glass Rebel LLC.

Distributor and Dealer Orders

Distributor and dealer accounts ship under separate freight terms provided on the current price list.
